1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using ComFlow (“the app”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Your account
You sign in to ComFlow with a Google account. Keep it secure — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. One subscription is for one person.
3. Subscriptions and free trial
- ComFlow is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees for India and US dollars elsewhere; you’re charged in the currency for your billing country.
- New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before it ends; otherwise your first payment is taken when it ends. The trial is available once per person.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it’s resolved.
- We may change prices. We’ll tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your licence
While your subscription or trial is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on computers you own or control, for personal or work use. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Parts of the app are open-source software, provided under their own licences, which are included with the app.
5. Your content
What you dictate is yours. ComFlow processes it on your computer and we never receive it. You are responsible for what you dictate and where you type it, and for checking the text before you send or publish it.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use ComFlow to break the law, to record or transcribe people without the consent the law requires, or to harm others.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how the app and this website handle data.
8. Updates
We may release new versions of ComFlow. Some features may require the latest version. Updates are included in your subscription.
9. No warranty
ComFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Speech recognition is never perfect — we don’t promise the text will be accurate or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of ComFlow. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Ending these terms
You can cancel your subscription and stop using ComFlow at any time. If you break these terms, we may suspend or end your account.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and continuing to use ComFlow after a change means you accept the new terms.
